market stakeholders and provide Green Building 101 workshops. For example, Weichert Realtors or Society
of Hispanic Engineers

Schools – We offer schools a peer to peer
and cross-age teaching curriculum that empowers students to assess carbon
footprint, energy and water consumption, pollution and recycling with
recommendations that they can make to their school and/or institute themselves. A secondary component is that each
student completes a home audit with their parents to teach them as well.
Eco-exhibits
Community and Regional Green Expo’s are becoming more and more popular. A travelling version of our retail
outlets, Greenovation’s Sustainable Living Showcase booth goes from event to
event providing a promotional platform for green building materials, means and
methods.
Demonstration home
When
we build it, they will come . . . Greenovation Homes' strategic approach is
simply to teach people through a real, live, tangible project. Our Route 206, Chester NJ
Demonstration home is designed to be a LEED Platinum, Net Zero Energy, Zero
Fossil Fuel showpiece home that actively promotes all of our vendor partners

USGBC On-line Tool Box for Builders
The
builder’s subcommittee of USGBC-NJ, has decided to make our design their on-line
“poster child”. This
interactive web-site allows NJ builders to tour our home on-line to learn about
green building options and alternatives.

Our
demo project is a timely and newsworthy event.
We have not broken ground yet (but will in August ’08) and have already
